Canon 5DMKIII / Nikon D800 – Comparison of Audio Features : Introducing the juicedLink RM333

There are subltle differences in the approach to audio in the 5DMKIII and D800.  The first part of this video highlights these differences.

Apologies that it has taken so long to get out more details on the new RM333 … needed to finish up some patent stuff first.  The second half of the video introduces the RM333.  It shows new features for battery efficiency (partial power-down, Alkaline / LiPoly threshold switch), camera overload protection (audio bracketing), and one of the most unique features where you can mount accessories like wireless mic receivers to the preamp !!! For the partial power down of the RM333 (3 XLR channels), if there is only one power down switch, then should it power down 1 XLR channel, or 2 XLR channels.  What do you think?  Reply to this email, and let me know your thoughts …
